Perfect for those wanting to get started with 35mm film photography, or for those who want a simple but beautiful camera to carry around, this camera is very easy to use and produces great results.

This camera body can accept modern EF mount lenses, meaning you can choose from many amazing lenses to use on this camera body.
It is a truly versatile camera and can be used for landscapes, portraits and many other everyday uses. It has auto-exposure functions, auto film advance/rewind AND auto focus, along with a small LCD readout, which means all you have to do is think about framing and the camera will take care of everything else for you! You can also pop up the inbuilt flash for low-light scenarios, and have a multitude of different exposure settings.

Features:
The Canon EOS 1000 dating from 1991-93 is a "prosumer" 35mm film SLR with auto-focus and auto-exposure.
There are a range of automatic, manual and scene modes: Fully manual; Fully automatic; Sports, people, animals, landscapes and macro. The self-timer (12 seconds) can play a choice of music instead of a beeping countdown. It utilizes lenses with the EOS EF mount.
The EOS 1000 FN is a new "version" of the 1000 F. It is distinguished by a greater operating silence. Indeed, the "N" takes up the belt drive that appeared with the EOS 100.
The shutter now descends to 1/2000. A new function, called SF for Soft Focus, allows you to blur art automatically. It works by a double shot. The first is clear, the second is not. During the second shot, the focus is shifted.
The 1000 FN flash is automatically activated.

It comes supplied with a roll of expired 35mm film for that extra vintage look, so you're ready to shoot as soon as it arrives. Also has original navy arm strap.

Tested & in full working order. Returns accepted within 14 days if there is an issue with the camera.
